Is it OK to buy jewellery online?

Buying jewellery online is a good idea if you are provided with the accurate information of jewellery. Buying online makes the whole world of jewellery available to you no matter where you live. At Catherine Le Jewellery, we provide our customers the real information of our products e.g real photos, quality metals and stones.

What payment methods does Catherine Le Jewellery use?

Catherine Le Jewellery accepts payment via VISA, MasterCard and PayPal or you can transfer directly to our bank account. 

Are there any added charges for using Credit Card?

No, there are no surcharges or additional fees when paying via Credit Card.

Can I place a bulk purchase order?

You may get extra discount if you place a bulk purchase. To enquire about a bulk purchase order please contact our Support Team at support@cljewellery.com.au or use our live chat or contact page.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make change, please contact Catherine Le before your item has been sent out. Once it is sent out we cannot cancel or make change. If you have any concerns, please contact us via the contact page on website or email us at support@cljewellery.com.au

Does Catherine Le Jewellery ship internationally?

Yes, CLJ ship internationally.

Do you require a home address for delivery?

Yes we do, but if you are using a work address please ensure you include any delivery details so the courier can find your location easily, e.g. company name, street of entrance, level number.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

How can I best take care of my items?

Catherine Le Jewellery are made of real gold (9K gold, 14K gold, 18K gold) or real 925 sterling silver so they will not turn green like some other low quality ones and so there is no problem when you wash your hands while the rings are on, in fact it is good when you wash your hands with washing liquid as it helps to wash tarnishing away. (Gold plated 925 sterlring silver need a special care, please take them off when  you do physical work to protect the color being fade away).

For the care of silver products and these rings in general: from time to time you can put them into a warm water with a few drops of dish washing liquid in a few minutes and rinse them with water then they will look like new ones again. Also, as these rings are with small stones so please don’t put them nearby heat/fire to avoid stones come off due to expansion of silver when its heated.
